Zuccini Fries

I made these today and they were freakin easy, and delicious!

All i did was cut up zuccini and dip em in a little egg white and milk and then into some bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 425 for like 15 min.

Can't wait until i can do this with homegrown zuccini from the garden!

They look delish! Next you should make those mushroom poppers. And invite me over to savor them. Just a thought...
